Frances Davies was previously part of a team which identified the opportunity to buy a multi-asset fund management company providing a good strategic fit for the acquirer. She assisted in detailed due diligence and analysed the potential for consolidation and the risks attached to the client base. She helped negotiate terms and was heavily engaged in the acquisition and subsequent integration of the business into its new parent company.
