Del Monte is a leading international branded producer and distributor of fruit juices and canned and processed foods. Nigel McNelly previously advised a consortium (Anglo American and Vivien Imerman) on the successful acquisition of Del Monte from Charterhouse Group in an extended international auction process. Post transaction Nigel McNelly advised the consortium in connection with Del Monte assets in a range of jurisdictions, including the Philippines and Mexico.
