Nigel McNelly, Partner
Nigel joined SG Warburg in 1983 having previously qualified (ICAEW) with Price Waterhouse. He was involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions and had senior responsibilities for SG Warburg's small and mid-size client base, working closely with private equity. For a period he was seconded to SG Warburg's Hong Kong office, before being appointed a Director in 1991.
In 1997, Nigel was recruited as Head of Corporate Finance at Enskilda Securities in London and in 2001 joined Pall Mall Capital, a London-based boutique investment bank, as a Managing Director. In 2006 Nigel co-founded Opus Corporate Finance with Garth Shephard.
Nigel has a degree in Economics from Cambridge University and is a member of ICAEW.
