Aspect Education is a leading provider of educational programmes and services to students from over 100 countries worldwide and owns and operates a network of 20 accredited international colleges in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Nigel McNelly previously advised the shareholders of Aspect Education in relation to its sale to Kaplan, Inc., a subsidiary of The Washington Post Company. Terms were not disclosed.
