Singlepoint 4U Limited (a subsidiary of the Caudwell Group) was the leading independent mobile service provider in the UK with over 1.3 million contract subscribers. Garth Shephard previously advised the shareholders of Singlepoint 4U in relation to its sale to Vodafone for £405 million.
