Opus advised the principal shareholder of Stanhope Business Centres in its sale to MWB Exchange plc. Stanhope Business Centres was founded in 2003 and operates two successful 5-star serviced office buildings in London’s Covent Garden with a combined space of over 43,000 sq. ft. MWB Business Exchange is the UK’s second largest provider of serviced office space.
